About Me

Born and raised in beautiful San Diego, I have been given the gift of living in paradise. For the past few years I have began embracing change and for the first time, began living only for myself and my happiness. Through much soul searching, a few bad decisions, some luck, and some love, I’ve finally woken up and now see all the beauty of life and everything wonderful in the world. Life is a gift, and we should all embrace everyday, with positivity and optimism.

My past will always be there, but it does not define who I am or what I want to be. I have realized you must let go of past obstacles, and embrace the present moment of now. I hope my blog is able to inspire, teach, and help change society for the better and even give you a laugh. I seek to inspire others to journey into their own truth and rectify their life so you can have more purpose and meaning. I help others shed layers and limitations, and awaken the spirit that resides in us all. Be your own best version of you and live it and love it!

This blog is about living everyday wonderfully, and appreciating the beauty that surrounds us daily. My passions are what make my life wonderful– I love the beach, the ocean, yoga, photography, traveling, and music. I live a healthy live style with gluten free eating and stay balanced with Ayurveda. I do reiki and engage in various energy healing. I love helping and serving others!  Traveling keeps me alive and lets me explore, I can’t get enough of it. I snap photos of everything. I enjoy snowboarding, skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, boats, and love being outdoors and in the ocean. Hot yoga and vinyasa classes keep my mind, body, and soul in balance. Through nonprofit work I’ve learned the joy of giving back. I blog, I write, I shoot, I capture, I blend, and I create.  I smile at strangers . I have an adorable tabby cat named Tobin who keeps life merry. I smile big, wear bright colors, and enjoy soaking up the sun, living the dream, and flowing in the river that is life. My life has not been easy, but I’ve found my own inner peace by  learning how to let go of the past and what use to be, and find a new spiritual way of living. It’s amazing what happens when you do you, choose you, and serve you 😉

I reside in San Diego where I teach Yoga full time at CorePower Yoga. I teach at the CPY Point Loma and Del Mar locations. I  coach Teacher Trainings and assist the Program Manger with a variety of tasks. I also lead our Seasonal Wellness Cleanse Program and teach people how they can get out of their mind and addictions to feel good in their mind, body, and soul. I am a Reiki Master and use a variety of healing modalities to help people feel good within themselves while helping them break habits and limiting patterns that are consciously and unconsciously held. I teach people to get into their body, awaken their divine feminine force to feel alive and powerful by nurturing themselves.

I love inspiring others and believe this life is whatever you make of it. I encourage others to take their yoga off their mat into the world, and teach people to trust your own inner truth and live a life with happiness and love. I am an energy healer, yoga teacher, student of life, photographer, and creative artist enjoying and helping people live the best version of themselves.

“I’ve learned that things change, people change, and it doesn’t mean you forget the past; it simply means that you move on and treasure the memories. Letting go doesn’t mean giving up, it means accepting that some things weren’t meant to be.” [unknown]
